The Importance of Emotions on this Path

Updated: Mar 6

As we awaken, hold, and consciously utilize multiple dimensional levels of consciousness, we are still human, still physical, and therefore we still retain human qualities and characteristics, we do not morph into a dreamy, floaty version of ourselves. The human experience is still as present as it was prior to awakening, and emotions are a large component of this change, and even more so.

Multidimensionality does not mean that you exist eternally in absolute bliss, joy, and happiness, although this misleading perception is heavily presented within New Age literature and in other spiritual places. Many of these media show people who appear to be euphoric, when in reality, they are in a trance-like meditative out of body state, and therefore, yes, not feeling much if any physical world density, energies, or suffering. However, this is not an example of multidimensional embodiment, it is one of ungroundedness and not of holding a higher dimensional level, but instead, accessing it and feeling temporarily physically liberated. There is a big difference between accessing frequencies and permanently holding them. To hold, we must be grounded, which entails fully experiencing and expressing human emotions.

Although when embodying multidimensionality, our emotional body is in a greater state of harmony and balance, we are not in a void of non-expression, nor immune to sadness, nor consistently happy. As we primarily use intuitive discernment to perceptually navigate each day, actively feeling a wide range of emotional sensations is central to guiding our experience. As we refine ourselves by clearing our internal distortions, we become more energetically sensitive, and tangibly feel more deeply, especially the distress of others. Our senses continually sharpen as we distinguish energetic subtleties in people and in environments, which helps us to make decisions as to where to lend our energy. We utilize our emotions more maturely, and within a calmer, more reserved framework, as we viscerally understand how they energetically affect others. We observe situations and respond to people, instead of impulsively reacting to them, which prevents negative energetic charges from being exchanged and creating imbalance.

As we master our emotional body, we also master our responses to people and situations, and learn to create solid energetic boundaries, existing within the populace as detached from others’ emotional dramas. To friends and family, we may appear apathetic, when in reality, our neutrality upholds our vibrational integrity, and prevents creating energetic cording and attachments to others that can deplete us. As awakened beings, we are aware of much more stimuli than the average person, and realize that the dynamics of human drama are not supportive of being balanced and multidimensionally conscious. Therefore, we generally choose to observe, and to respond if necessary, which upholds our energetic sovereignty, instead of engaging in depleting emotional entanglement. Choosing to exist in observer state is a natural part of evolutionary progression.

As we are continually clearing old, denser energies attached to outdated programming and beliefs, it is normal to go through periods of emotional catharsis, where we literally physically shed energetic charges and blockages through crying or anger, or other emotions. Emotional release is a common part of this path, and is usually cyclical, appearing when we are going through significant shifts in consciousness, and to do so, we must energetically make room for higher dimensional energies to anchor and be held. Also, often we grieve the immense changes we undergo, as life is frequently in flux, and we are continually readjusting to new levels of awareness. Crying or expressing anger are therapeutic responses to the physical and energy bodies naturally releasing distortions, so please view them as such, and not as a medical condition nor as an evolutionary anomaly because somewhere it is stated that we don’t cry or express frustration. These misperceptions can greatly hinder progress, as if one stifles emotions, they can also suppress the process of energetic clearing that is crucial to advancement. Therefore, if you have periods where you cry or experience other intense emotions, know that it is normal, and to support your own empowerment, I recommend that you go within and ask yourself what the core issue is that you are clearing. By doing so, the information you receive will bring clarity, and prevent you from feeling emotionally subjugated. It is important to try to move through emotional shifts with patience and acceptance, and understanding that the clearing will pass and, on the horizon, is a broader perceptual expanse.

The primary emotional change we experience when consciously multidimensional, is that fear dissipates and eventually disappears, so our awareness and choices are not constricted by doubt, and we have a clearer framework from which to create our life in alignment with our heart and intents. When fear is gone, we are transformed as is our world, as we know ourselves to be unlimited and undaunted. But, even when existing as fearless, our primary emotions still remain a distinct and significant part of our energetic experience as they are key to directing our expanded perception. We use our emotions consciously, which allows us to preserve our energetic integrity and to remain empowered. By being immersed in the flow of human emotions, we not only discern others’ intents and deflect interactions that are not beneficial, but we also remain human, and therefore tangibly connected to those of whom we are called to help. Our increased database of sensory stimuli allows us to operate within the human emotional paradigm, assisting with evolutionary growth, as well as working in service at higher dimensional levels of intuitive feeling. So, please be aware that experiencing and releasing emotions is a natural and ongoing process, and a valuable part of embodying multidimensionality.
