As we listen to our heart, we are able to to make decisions from a higher dimensional perspective,
of knowing what is optimal for us by feeling it, instead of thinking it.
We then embody a clearer understanding and express it into our reality to support ourselves and others.
The work of expanding in consciousness is a process that takes time and patience.
However, each day that we dedicate to living from our heart and to releasing
what does not support embodying love, we move forward.
